This website is operated by Zelofreight Holdings Ltd., Via Montenapoleone 8, 20121 Milan, Italy (“Zelofreight”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us at concierge@zelofreight.com or through the contact form. By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.
The website presents our freight forwarding and secure storage services, lets you ask for a quotation, lets anyone holding a tracking number follow a consignment, and gives customers and our staff a signed-in area for their consignments, quotations, invoices and documents. General information on the site describes our services. It is not a contractual offer.
Figures from the instant quote calculator are indicative estimates worked out from general rate assumptions. They are not binding. They exclude duties, taxes and third-party charges unless stated, and they depend on confirmation of weight, dimensions, commodity, route and customs classification. A quotation binds us only once we issue it in writing and it is accepted within the validity period printed on it. After that date it expires automatically.
Carriage, forwarding, customs brokerage and storage are supplied under our trading conditions, which are sent with every quotation and are available on request. Those conditions, together with any international conventions that apply by law to the mode of transport, govern the service itself. Nothing on this website extends, replaces or overrides them. If this website and the trading conditions disagree, the trading conditions prevail.
Tracking shows the movements we record for a consignment, as supplied to us by carriers, terminals, customs and our own teams. We publish it in good faith, but it can be delayed, incomplete or corrected afterwards. Estimated arrival dates are estimates, not guarantees: they change with customs, weather, port congestion and carrier schedules. Please do not make commitments that depend on an exact arrival time without confirming it with us.
Anyone who has a tracking number can see the consignment’s status, route, timings and the remarks we attach to each movement. Party names, addresses, goods values and documents are shown only to the customer’s signed-in account and to our staff. Treat a tracking number like a reference you would not post publicly.
Some tracking numbers are demonstration consignments, provided so that prospective customers can see how tracking works. These are clearly marked as demonstrations on the tracking page and do not represent real goods.
Customer accounts are created by us. There is no public sign-up. You sign in with a one-time code sent to the email address on your account, so there is no password. The code is valid for 15 minutes and for a limited number of attempts. You are responsible for keeping access to that mailbox secure and for anything done through your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has had access. We may suspend an account to protect it, you or other customers.
Bills of Lading, commercial invoices, packing lists and invoices that you download from the website are generated from the details held on the consignment. Please check them before relying on them or presenting them to anyone. Tell us about any error promptly so that we can correct the record. The details you supply for a consignment, such as the goods description, value, weight and parties, must be true and complete. Customs declarations are made on the basis of them.
Do not try to reach consignments, accounts or data that are not yours, guess or collect tracking numbers, get around the limits on signing in or sending forms, interfere with the website’s operation, or send unlawful or abusive content through our forms. We may block traffic that does this. The website limits how often sign-in codes and enquiries can be requested, to protect customers and ourselves.
The text, design, logo and software of this website belong to Zelofreight or its licensors. You may view them, and download or print your own documents and pages for your own business use. You may not otherwise copy or republish them without permission. Photographs are used under the licences listed in the image credits. Map data is provided by Esri and its data providers.
We work to keep the website available and accurate, but it is provided “as is”. It may be interrupted for maintenance or by events outside our control. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by relying on estimates, indicative quotations or tracking information shown on the website. Our liability for the services themselves is governed by our trading conditions (see section 4). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer protection law.
We may update these terms. The version on this page, with the date below, is the one that applies. These terms are governed by Italian law. If you use the website as a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live. The competent courts and any dispute-resolution arrangements are to be confirmed in the reviewed version.

We do not use your data for automated decisions that affect you, we do not build profiles, and we do not sell or rent your data to anyone. The website runs no advertising and no analytics or cross-site tracking.
We use a small number of service providers. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
We also share consignment details with carriers, agents, terminals and customs authorities where this is needed to move and clear the goods, and with authorities where the law requires it. Some of these providers and partners are outside the European Economic Area. Where personal data is transferred there, we rely on the safeguards the GDPR provides, such as the European Commission’s adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.
All traffic is encrypted. Sign-in codes and session identifiers are stored only as one-way hashes. The session cookie cannot be read by page scripts and is never sent to other sites. Customers can see only their own consignments. Staff access is limited by role, and changes are logged. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach puts your data at risk, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
The website and our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
The website uses one cookie and one browser setting. Both are strictly necessary or set at your request, so no consent banner is needed.
| Name | Type | Purpose | Lasts |

The third-party requests listed under Who else handles it (maps and libraries) do not set cookies through this website, but those providers do receive your IP address when your browser fetches their files.
You have the right to see the personal data we hold about you and to receive a copy of it, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict how we use it, to take it to another provider, and to object to processing based on our legitimate interests. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting what was done before. Some records, such as invoices and customs documents, must be kept by law even if you ask us to delete them. If so, we will tell you, and we will keep them only for that purpose.
To use any of these rights, write to concierge@zelofreight.com. We will reply within one month. We may need to confirm that the request comes from you.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Italian supervisory authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, or to the authority in the EU country where you live or work. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
