Most delays in airfreight are not flying delays. They are space delays — cargo bumped for a higher-yield load, sitting in a shed for the next rotation.
We hold block space on our core lanes rather than booking ad hoc, so a Zelofreight consignment is not the one that gets offloaded. Where a shipment genuinely cannot wait, we charter: full aircraft, part charter, or an on-board courier for anything small enough to travel in a seat.
Every consignment carries temperature and shock logging as standard, and the data comes to you with the delivery file — not on request. For high-value freight we place a supercargo on the aircraft and attend both ramps in person, which is the only way to be certain about handling you would otherwise never see.
